Description:

Bikerpelli Sports has openings for event support staff in the 2008 spring/summer season.

We operate large single & multi-day cycling events in the Colorado area

Trip staff are in charge of all support functions necessary to keep groups of 40-100 healthy & happy in the backcountry. We also host a single-day 1000+ person ride in Boulder with hefty staffing needs as well.

Support functions include general trip logistics from moving trucks & riders around, base camp support, cooking and cleaning and quite a bit of logistical management.

In general, each staff member is assigned an area of responsibility within the event, for example Chef, Risk Management or Gear Manager. Those responsibilities will be theirs to manage thru the event. Most roles require a high degree of cooperation with other staff & riders, so successful staff must work well with others & be attentive to detail.

We work hard & have a lot of fun doing what we do. Passion for working in the backcountry is mandatory.
